The principal partner of the company is Roberts H. Masters, a private investigator with a decade of experience in the Western Australia Police Force as a constable and a detective. After leaving the police force, he became an insurance agent and later a broker. This provided him with a wealth of experience in insurance fraud and vehicle crash investigations. In 1992, he formed Westcheck Investigations which eventually became Allegiance Global Investigations.
The main area of expertise of the company is insurance fraud investigations and investigations of motor vehicle accidents. But apart from that, the company also provides a number of other services including background checks and surveillance in family court matters, corporate fraud, civil litigation and investigations of thefts.
